I first discovered the effectiveness of massage therapy living in Yosemite National Park where I regularly challenged my body with intense activity. Receiving massages from a dear friend, I could not believe the impact it had on my healing and continued performance. I was hooked, and I hope you are too. Massage therapy is a powerful tool we have to enhance our lives. 

I studied at New Life Institute of Massage Therapy in Redding, CA which, at the time, was the longest running certified massage school in California. I continue my bodywork education constantly by taking advanced education courses and expanding upon my knowledge of the body.
I ride my bike all over Arcata with my husband and 3 children. I am most inspired and grounded when in Nature and I like to spend my time enjoying the North Coast with my family. I strive to take good care of myself so that I can take good care of you.
